United World News Special: The War of 1996, a Special Report is a faux news documentary about the aftermath of the War of 1996, and is reported by UWN anchor George Ropata (played by Joey Lanai). The special showcases the cooperative efforts to rebuild cities and society, and the formation of the Earth Space Defense.
Included are interviews with David Levinson, Director of the ESD; Jiang Lao, the ESD Moon Base Commander; ESD Captain Dylan Hiller; ESD Lieutenant Rain Lao; and Jake Morrison, who explain the necessary military buildup and harnessing of hybrid alien technology to create a superior next-generation jet fighter and advanced artillery to use against potential alien threats in the future.
