Lucas Jacobs (born 1958) is an American politician who served as the 44th President of the United States from 2005 to 2013.
Biography
Jacobs was a Senator and, before wading into politics, was a Lieutenant General in the U.S. Army during the War of 1996. During his presidency, Jacobs emphasized stronger international relations in U.S. foreign policy and firmly supporting the Earth Space Defense program.
Jacobs and his administration faced serious controversy surrounding Steven Hiller's death in the 2007 ESD Spring Expo in which they were complicit for rushing to test the ESD's prototype hybrid aircraft without proper safety concerns that caused Hiller's demise. To save face, Jacobs placed the blame of the disaster on ESD Director Strain and, reluctantly, replacing him with David Levinson.[1]
