Lucien Ondekane was a refugee from the National Republic of Umbutu.
Biography[]
After fleeing his country, Lucien went to the Earth Space Defense to reveal everything he knew about the City Destroyer that landed in Umbutu. While being helped translated by a interpreter, Lucien explained to ESD Director David Levinson and U.S. Secretary of Defense Reese Tanner that the ship was drilling into the Earth, but also warning them to avoid it because it was "a place of evil spirits and madness."
