Biography
Sam and her siblings survived the devastation that was brought to the American east coast by the alien mothership in the War of 2016. They were separated from her parents as they were visiting their grandparents in Florida when the aliens returned. Sam led her family inland to escape from the aliens. They eventually passed through a flooded Austin where they came upon an unconscious Julius Levinson. Initially Sam was hesitant to rescue Julius, but her brothers insisted in taking him in their exodus.
Sam was burdened by the loss of her parents, and she eventually looked to Julius as a parental figure, who he accepted in looking after her and her siblings. She followed Julius to Area 51, where they witnessed the Earth Space Defense made their battle against the aliens and surviving their encounter with the Harvester Queen.
