The street preacher was a survivor in the War of 1996.
Biography
The preacher was among the few people who survived in the destruction of Los Angeles. He was found by Jasmine Dubrow standing on top of a pile of rubble holding a crucifix and a cardboard sign reading "The time has come! Repent whilst you can!" The man was too traumatized and distraught from the aliens' attack in which he strongly believed that the end of the world has finally come. Jasmine was unable to do anything to help the preacher and left him in his despair.
